Each year Bohemia Mining Days brings together a variety of bands from around the area. From children's music to rock, country to bluegrass, and everything in between, we have something for all of our guests to enjoy.
This year we welcome back Buck & Elizabeth for an amazing four shows. They will be joined by Peter the Puppet to delight the littles during their early shows, and slightly more serious shows for the not-so-littles in the latter part of the days. The Annie Mae Rhodes Band will bring their mix of country & bluegrass to the stage Thursday. Dusty Herd will regale you with some oldies and county favourites. Thursday night will be finished off with the acoustic sounds of The Huckleberrys.
The Contrarians will rock the day on Friday with some familiar tunes and original music. It will be a magical performance when Almost Home is joined by Jay the Magician with music to soothe your ears and illusions to fool your eyes. If acoustic is your jam, look no further than Tatiamo and their Americana sounds. After that it'll be time to grab your surfboard and hang loose with Men from S.U.R.F.
After the Grand Miners Parade you'll want to march on over the the Gazebo stage to hear the One More Time Marching Band perform their benefit concert in support of the Bohemia Mining Days festival. Calvary Creek will delight your ears with a mix of Americana, pop, and folk. If all this dancing has made you hungry, David "Elvis" Lomond will have you craving a grilled peanut butter and banana sandwich. Wipe the grease off your fingers as you'll be clapping when you hear your favourite rock and oldies being covered by Coupe de Ville. Finish off the event with the boot stompin' notes of Cowboy Cadillac.
